Russ came to Washington in late November of 2009 to see about starting a Bail Bonds Business. Russ saw a need for and opened AA Kitsap Bail Bonds in October of 2010. Russ is a retired Government worker of 32 years. Russ loves it here in Kitsap County. There is so much to see and do here.
Gary moved here from Roanoke Virginia in July of 20011. Gary had lived there all of his life working at a car Dealership. Gary wanted to try something new and so Russ asked him to come work with him.
